Chef Ash Heeger (only 26!) has paired with Frankie Fenner Meat Merchants and Publik Wine Bar to bring you ASH Restaurant. A meat-centric, ethical eating dining experience that will leave you wanting more (and also may inspire you to reno your living room, the space is understated and beautiful).
Don't look over the Bread and Butter on menu. The potato bread is served with cultured butter, miso salt, and whipped chicken fat. Yep. And its my favorite.
Oh and the veggies, they are delicious too :) Just don't come here hoping to order an arugula salad. You will be disappointed.
